For our larger clients, we typically provide reviewed or audited financial statements, as well as income tax planning and preparation services. In most cases, the audits are required by lenders or investors, but in some cases, our clients want us to perform audits to facilitate a planned exit strategy. We stay in communication with our clients to assess changes in their industry. We try to gauge the effect of those changes on your finances and reporting needs. We try to recognize planning opportunities for income taxes or potential pitfalls, or assist you in calculating the effects on the current year’s estimated taxes.
