Bass, Solomon & Dowell helps our clients understand trends in their business, and then we work together to develop action plans for the future. Our consulting services can include audits to examine internal controls or to specifically look for fraud. We also analyze financial strategies, possible merger and acquisition opportunities, or the projected effects of down-sizing. Often we are hired to act on behalf of an absentee client to monitor the finances and accounting records of the business to ensure that they are in good condition and to report to the client on a regular basis.
