Greg Dowell Appointed Trustee of Harper College

On July 20, 2011, the William Rainey Harper College Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Greg Dowell, managing partner at Bass, Solomon & Dowell, LLP, as a trustee. Dowell will fill a vacancy on the board, which expires in April of 2013. “The Board was pleased to have seven highly qualified candidates apply for the open seat,” said Harper College Board Chair Diane Hill. “Greg has a substantial financial management background, especially with schools and not-for-profit agencies, as well as a notable record of civic engagement. He will be a strong asset to the Board and to Harper College going forward.”
